OMS Best Student Micrograph Contest committee welcome the submission of digital micrographs for 2024 contest.

Join OMS anytime on our Membership website ($5 for students)

HOW TO ENTER

• Send your best digital “Prize-Winning” micrograph to the OMS Student Micrograph Contest Committee: lisa.whitworth@okstate.edu

• A description of the micrograph including the information of the subject in the micrograph, how the sample was prepared and the conditions under which the image was taken (up to 100 words).

• Student does not have to present to win.

By submitting your digital micrograph to the OMS Best Student Micrograph Contest committee, you are transferring all copyright ownership of the micrograph, including all rights incidental thereto, to the OMS in the event that the micrograph is accepted and published by the OMS. The contents of the OMS Best Student Micrograph Contest Program are protected by copyright. The copyright owner (or representative of the owner) hereby grants to the Oklahoma Microscopy Society a non- exclusive license to use and re-use, publish and re-publish, and modify the subject micrograph for this competition, in promotions of this competition in future years, and in articles about this competition in publications owned by the Society and other publications.
