The Oklahoma Microscopy Society (OMS) is hosting the OMS Spring Meeting 2026, which will take place on Friday, May 1, 2026, at the National Weather Center Auditorium in Norman.

The meeting will include keynote speakers, a vendor exhibition, microscopy workshops, and a Best Student Micrograph Competition with prizes. More information can be found here: 2026 OMS Spring Meeting

Winning schools will be contacted about receiving their prize.  And even if you didn’t win a prize, your poster and bug photo will be mailed to you in the next few months.  The prizes are a STEREO MICROSCOPE EQUIPPED WITH A CAMERA, awarded to each of the winning schools for your science lab.
