Abstract Guidelines

OMS meeting committee is welcome the submissions of abstracts for oral and poster presentations, to be delivered at the OMS 2020 Spring Meeting.

Abstract submission deadline is extended to March 1st, 2020.

Abstracts should present new research related to or applied microscopy in the research. Abstracts are selected on the basis of their scientific significance, quality of data and methodology, adherence to specific format requirements, and other criteria described herein.

Presentation Formats:

Oral Presentations: 15-minute time slot

Oral presentations will be selected and grouped together based on the microscopy method, into three sessions, LM, TEM, and SEM, and allotted of 15 minutes including discussion.

Posters: The suggested size for your poster either 54 inches (width) x 36 inches (height) or 60 inches x 40 inches. The minimum size for a poster is 36 inches (width) x 24 inches (height) so attendees can see the poster at a minimum of 10 feet away.

Poster sessions allow presenters and attendees to engage in extended personal discussions regarding presentations.
