OMS meeting committee is welcome the submissions of abstracts for presentations, to be delivered at the 2026 OMS spring meeting.

Abstract submission deadline: Friday April 3rd, 2026.

Abstract guidelines

Abstracts are welcome that relate to advances in microscopic technique or apply any microscopic technique to advance a research project. Submitted abstracts should fit on one standard 8.5″ x 11″ page (1″ margins) and include a title, authors and author affiliations, and not more than one figure (with a caption). Save your file with the format “lastname-OMS-abstract.docx” or “lastname-OMS-abstract.pdf”. For any questions, please email: [email protected]

Posters

The suggested size for your poster either 54 inches (width) x 36 inches (height) or 60 inches x 40 inches. The minimum size for a poster is 36 inches (width) x 24 inches (height) so attendees can see the poster at a minimum of 10 feet away.
